In our junior and senior kindergarten programs, students aged 4 – 6 years are introduced to a more structured curriculum which creates a solid foundational base for further development. While still encouraged to be creative and learn through play and exploration, the focus shifts to concepts as the building blocks for structured learning.
Social studies, language development, science, math and physical activities form the basis of our program. Small student teacher ratios allow the right amount of attention to allow students freedom to learn at their pace, while encouraging structure and progress.
Interest-based weekly math and science activities performed individually and in groups, introduce children to assessments and achievement. Progress is gauged through academic evaluations which are shared with parents twice a year.
All of our Kindergarten programs in focus on developing a core knowledge set that will not only aid your child in their first years of elementary school, but also give them the boost they need to truly excel..
